
Oppo launches its new A54s smartphone in South Africa

Oppo announced that it has launched a new mid-range device in South Africa.
Called the A54s, the device features a 6.52-inch HD+ (720 x 1600 pixels) LCD display with 60Hz refresh rate and 50MP main camera setup.
The Oppo A54s includes an AI triple camera. The camera includes a 50MP main lens, 2MP depth lens, and 2MP macro lens. It also has an 8MP selfie camera on the front.
For its display, the phone has a 6.52-inch HD+ screen. However, the refresh rate is capped at 60Hz.
The phone is powered by a MediaTek Helio G25 chipset, and a 5000mAh battery.
The Oppo A54s is available for a recommended retail and prepaid price of R4 999 in South Africa.
The phone is now available to purchase from retailers and on contract. You can also get the phone on contract from MTN, Vodacom, Cell C, and Telkom. Contracts for the phone start at R299 per month.
It is available in two colours: Pearl Blue and Crystal Black.
