
Mozilla set to release a Firefox Premium service - report

Mozilla is reportedly going to launch a new subscription service named Firefox Premium.
This is according to a report by T3N, the chief executive of Mozilla Chris Beard said in an interview that the new service will have a range of services that will be an avilable as add-ons.
The report added that browser users will need to pay for a new version of the Firefox browser and will include a cloud storage platform.
Firefox Premium is set to launch in October 2019 and there will also be a free version of the platform available.
However, restrictions will be set on cloud storage space and VPN bandwidth will be imposed on free users.
