Rosh Ramprsad's Funniest Shopping Moment

Being first time parents, my wife & I used to love going baby shopping any chance we got before baby could arrive. One day we were browsing through the newborn department at a store, when my wife started chatting to a lady next to her, regarding which diaper brand was better quality. They carried on chatting for a few minutes & then suddenly my wife asked her “So, when is your baby due?” whilst actually patting the poor, not-pregnant woman’s tummy!!!! The woman’s smile suddenly disappeared from her face as she said, “SORRY, I’M NOT PREGNANT, I AM PURCHASING BABY STUFF FOR MY DAUGHTER’S BABY!!!!” My wife’s expression said it all. We could have both fainted right there & then with embarrassment. The lady walked away quickly, whilst saying something under her breath & shaking her head. It was so embarrassing but now my wife & I look back at our very funny shopping moment & laugh about it. However, since then my wife never asked another lady if she was pregnant. The woman did not see the funny side & if it happened to my wife, I am most certain that she too would have lost it!! CRINGE!!!!!!!
